No rush, with care.
A village wine bar half an hour from Madrid. Wines from people we know, a small kitchen that goes with them.
Wines from people we know. Small kitchen that goes with them. No tests, no posing, no rush.
A bar with a point of view. Not a cellar, not a restaurant. What you discover here, you can also take home.
We work with small producers — the kind who ask «and who sent you?» when you turn up at their winery. We go, we taste, we bring back what we believe in. When one case runs out, the next is already there.
The volume of the room is set by the conversation. Warmth comes before vocabulary.
Small producers. Minimal intervention. What we've tasted and stood behind — nothing on label alone.
A short, rotating list by the glass; a wide list by the bottle. Pear ciders from Cyril Zangs in Normandy and Jacques Perritaz in Fribourg. Mencía, Grenache, Listán, Riesling, Chenin Blanc — the list changes because the cases change.
